Key Responsibilities: Enquiry Management: Handle website, email, phone, and walk-in inquiries, converting them into course bookings. Switchboard Operations: Efficiently manage the switchboard. Monitoring and Analysis: Regularly update and monitor Enquiry Stats, focusing on the booking conversion rate. Customer Engagement: Strategically respond to inquiries to enhance the likelihood of converting them into course bookings. Client Relations: Respond to availability requests, maintain relationships with existing agents, and onboard Agents & Ambassadors. Documentation and Organization: Capture enquiries for accurate records and maintain booking/registration forms regularly. Booking Process: Create bookings and facilitate handovers to relevant departments. Collaboration: Liaise with different departments for weekly updates. Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with the logistics department on student transfer options. Sales Follow-Up: Proactively follow up on missing sales leads. Feedback and Reporting: Acknowledge post-course feedback and provide valuable insights during quarterly camp visits. Strategic Planning: Contribute to rate and date planning, update and maintain the camp planner. Hosting: Host camp visits when necessary. Project Coordination: Communicate and follow up with clients on specific projects and goals. Site Management: Visit project sites and coordinate with suppliers and vendors. Itinerary Development: Develop and finalize project itineraries for custom product development. Marketing and Sales Support: Assist in marketing efforts and sales functions. Required Skills: Strong organizational abilities. Understanding of sales principles and best practices. Effective time management skills. Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills. Intrinsic motivation and a quick learning ability. Proficiency in CRM software and marketing analytics tools. Flexibility and adaptability to changing market conditions. Knowledge of logistics and booking processes is a plus. Desired Experience and Qualifications: Proven track record of successful sales leadership (at least 5 years). Relevant Tertiary Qualifications will be beneficial.
