We are seeking motivated and skilled Sales Agents to join our team and handle incoming leads for our residential solar business. The ideal candidate will have a passion for renewable energy, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. The Sales Agent will be responsible for responding to incoming leads, educating potential customers about our solar products, and closing sales to help homeowners make the switch to solar energy. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and website inquiries. Engage with potential customers to understand their solar energy needs and educate them about the benefits of residential solar solutions. Conduct thorough consultations with homeowners to assess their energy usage, roof suitability, and financial options for installing solar panels. Prepare and present customized solar energy proposals to potential customers, highlighting the cost savings and environmental benefits of solar power. Follow up with leads to address any questions or concerns, provide additional information as needed, and close sales. Collaborate with the installation team to schedule solar panel installations and ensure a smooth transition for customers. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, consultations, proposals, and closed deals, using CRM software. Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and incentives in the solar energy industry to effectively communicate value propositions to customers. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis. Qualifications: Matric, additional education or training in sales or renewable energy is a plus. Minimum 2 years proven sales experience in renewable energy sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers. Knowledge of solar energy principles, products, and financing options is highly desirable. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed and exceed sales targets. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads and manage customer interactions.
