Reference: DBN003551-SS-1 A leading medical company has a vacancy for a Sales and Marketing Manager to be responsible for the Consumer portfolio in driving growth and market penetration for the portfolio of cleaning products and hygiene solutions, with a particular focus on new product development and marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion for the consumer brand portfolio, including cleaning products and hygiene solutions such as hand sanitizers. Lead the development and launch of new products, from concept ideation and market research to product development and commercialization, ensuring alignment with consumer needs, market trends, and company objectives. Oversee the creation of compelling marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and advertising initiatives to effectively communicate the value proposition of the products and drive consumer engagement and brand loyalty. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, supply chain, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless execution of new product launches and effective management of inventory and production timelines. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive dynamics, providing insights and recommendations to inform product innovation and marketing strategies. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distribution channels, negotiating agreements and implementing promotional programs to drive sell-through and maximize visibility and availability of our products. Monitor sales performance metrics, KPIs, and market feedback to assess the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement. Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory requirements, and best practices in consumer goods marketing to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in the market. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field Proven track record of success in sales and marketing leadership roles within the consumer goods industry, preferably in the household cleaning or hygiene sector. Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive dynamics in the household cleaning and hygiene markets. Previous experience working with retail partners and managing channel sales and distribution strategies. Demonstrated experience in new product development, from concept to commercialization, with a focus on innovation, quality, and consumer satisfaction. Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and planning. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal teams, external partners, and consumers.
