A leading medical scheme company is seeking a Sales and Implementation Consultant. The purpose of this role is to assist in growing and retaining the existing medical aid business by ensuring the implementation of sales objectives and that internal processes are effectively completed. Driving new business deals as part of the Sales Team. Key Responsibilities: Assist in growing the business through execution and implementation processes Conduct presentations to prospective clients Present product offerings and signing up all prospective members at existing clients Assisting with the implementation and orientation of new clients Streamlined and efficient handovers for post-sales support to Key Account Managers Establish and maintain productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned key accounts Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and member expectations Driving new business and retaining existing business Support Key Accounts in coordinating and managing all activities within the assigned clients Resources: Pharmaceutical Department Hospital Management & Ambulatory Services Disease Management Active Disease Management Membership & Claims Department HR from Employer Groups Mediscor, Medipost Dashboard Correspondence Agent Key Account Managers Competencies: Public speaking and presentation skills Proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) Administration Skills Sales background (Advantageous) Excellent verbal and communication skills Ability to manage high levels of pressure and demands Time management Travel as and when required, even at short notice Work after hours as and when required Carry out any reasonable ad-hoc requests from Management as and when required Qualifications and experience: Matric Relevant tertiary qualification Post-matric studies/qualifications will be an advantage 2 years experience in a new business and sales environment with a proven track record of meeting sales targets. 5 years in the Medical Aid Industry Candidates that meet the criteria may submit their applications via this portal or via the vacancy link on www.mnarecruitment.com Should you receive no feedback within 7 days, please accept your application as unsuccessful.
