Requirements:

- 5-8 years experience in BD, Marketing and Sales
- Advanced business development, marketing strategies and brand expansion
- Own licence and reliable transport
- Proven track record of BD and sales targets
- Proven track record of managing sales staff
- Set goals and sales targets and coaching staff
- Oversee budget and product forecasting reports
- Management of marketing budget
- Strong CRM and networking to establish new contracts
- Cold calling, negotiation skills, revenue and expense reports
- Project management, project costing, financial anaylsis and forecasting
