The position will involve, though not limited to, ensuring that all sales orders and client queries, follow-ups and invoices are done on time and accurately, as well as performing all sales related functions. Receiving and capturing orders onto system. Receiving delivery instructions from clients and making sur that they are executed. Update clients regarding their deliveries. Make delivery arrangements based on customer instructions. Keep and maintain record of delivered orders and quantities. Capture invoices onto the accounting system. Ensuring that each delivery is made with an official computer-generated sale invoice. Assist with the management of proof of delivery. Assist with the delivery schedule. Update the Orders Book as required. Address all client communications as required (queries, delivery arrangements & enquiries and quotations) Provide liaison between clients, Sales Reps and Management where required. Pass on leads to Sales Reps / Close and execute all leads. Carry out general filing. Achieve set volume targets. Achieve set sales price target. Assist with Debtors Collections when required. Assist clients over the counter when required. Grade 12 diploma. A recognised post-matric qualification would be an advantage. Basic Computer skills. 3 – 5 years' Sales administration experience in Construction industry Accuracy and high diligence. Planning and prioritizing ability. Excellent communication and people skills. Critical thinking skills. Great Negotiations skills. Ability to work in a team
