Our client in Paarl is looking for a Sales and Order Clerk with three years' experience in a similar role (FMG environment would be beneficial) Experience & characteristics required for this role: Tertiary qualification in logistics or finance Required to work in a high-pressure work environment The position will require the person to be methodical and analytical Accuracy and attention to detail is crucial in this role. Strong people relations are a must have Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Receiving of orders via client portals, email and phone. Processing of orders and formulating summary and loading sheets for the packing and dispatch department. Ensuring that orders are captured on accounting system and invoiced. Responsibilities include the management of the dispatch department Maintaining customer relations with regards to sales orders and follow up.
