Struik Christian Media is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team in Cape Town, Durbanville.Duties and responsibilitiesKey responsibilities:1. Direct sales:Grow sales and market share for SCM products.Stay updated on product availability, development, and deals.Implement sales objectives, strategies, and promotions.Conduct telephone/online calls, and presentations to clients.Meet sales budgets, provide gap analysis, forecasts, and action plans.2. Account management:Participate in conferences and trade shows with the Marketing Department.Engage with key clients to market products and address complaints.Expedite resolution of customer problems and complaints.Identify customer stock needs and implement replenishment plans.Collaborate with product divisions to communicate customer stock needs.Facilitate access and provide training to customers on the B2B website.3.
