Achieve and / or exceed budgeted individual sales and contribution targets;
Provide and deliver exceptional customer service/experiences consistently;
Identify customer needs / requirements and advise accordingly;
Provide professional and sound product and application expertise to customers;
Assist with any duties elsewhere within branch as operationally required;
Adhere to all company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), branch directives and housekeeping standards;
Promote positive teamwork amongst sales team.
