- Matric, relevant qualifications advantageous
- Team player
- Excellent sales skills
- Good knowledge of jewellery
- Confidant speaker
- Good people skills
- Ability to assist and understand clients needs
- Ability to learn the product and be confident in presenting to the client
- Ability to handle pressure and demands of the public / clients.
- Hours of work are 08h00 18h00 five days a week (weekends are rotational)
- Salary and commission based
DUTIES:
- Start of day procedures unpacking of jewels
- Greet clients and tourists on arrival
- Assists clients and tourists on a tour of the jewellery factory
- Assists clients and tourists in purchasing of jewellery items
- Complete sale on POS system, Ethos (training to be provided)
- Package item purchased.
- Stock takes of various items, daily, weekly and monthly
- End of day pack away procedures
