Responsibilities:

Outbound sales of cellphone contracts and devices.
Assess customer needs to recommend suitable cellphone plans and devices.
Assist clients in understanding the features and benefits of different plans and help with the selection process.
Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or accessories and cross-sell complementary products.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring all sales practices are conducted with integrity and in compliance.
Use consultative selling techniques to meet or exceed sales targets.

Qualifications:
At least Grade 11 qualification
