Position Overview: The Internal Sales Consultant for Paint and Hardware will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing outstanding customer service. This position requires in-depth knowledge of paint and hardware products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers. Responsibilities: Develop a deep understanding of our paint and hardware products Provide expert advice and recommendations to our customers on product selection and usage. Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions Process sales orders accurately and efficiently Handle customer inquiries via phone,email and in person Requirements: Previous experience in sales, preferably in the paint and hardware industry.
