Contact and distribute leads from the website, campaigns, and social medica channels Outbound sales to promote products as well as communicate with leads via email Ensure that leads are relevant by researching and gathering additional information Upload lead status on the system, maintain accurate records for tracking and follow up Distribute qualified leads to the Sales team, providing background information Conduct outboundsales campaigns to potential new business clients, introducing products and benefits Update the marketing database with new leads Sell the features and advantages of product to customer Handle objections Matric Sales / Marketing qualification (advantageous) Proven experience in lead generation Experience in telemarketing / sales Experience in the financial services sector Able to use CRM software and lead management tools Well organised Excellent time management skills Excellent attention to detail Able to work in a fast- paced environment Excellent communication skills Able to build rapport with customers telephonically Strong written communication skills Proactive Results driven
