We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant / Team Member (Bridging Finance Sector) to join our growing team, based in the Southern Suburbs - Cape Town. Introduction: The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong passion for sales and customer satisfaction and has at least 5 years of experience in property or the conveyancing sector. As a leading provider of short-term property finance solutions, we specialize in assisting estate agents/property practitioners, property sellers, conveyancing attorneys, property developers, and small to medium business enterprises. This position offers high commission structures with a modest basic salary. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts, networking, and lead generation activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique financial needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our bridging finance products and services, demonstrating a deep understanding of market trends and competitive landscape. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client transactions and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, consistently driving business growth and maximizing revenue opportunities. Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and market dynamics, leveraging insights to inform strategic decision-making and enhance sales strategies. Minimum 5 years of experience in the real estate/property finance industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative team environment, demonstrating adaptability, resilience, and a willingness to learn and grow. Must have a valid driver's license, own car, laptop, and mobile phone for appointments and travel. Excellent communication, presentation, and professionalism are essential.
