Diversify their health offering to clients into referrals for short-term health and wealth department. Advise clients on their holistic needs using the support functions available. FRB - Client Retention (60 Day Follow Up – Welcome call) FRB - Client Retention (3 Month Follow Up) Client Enquiries Prospecting Administration. Receive Confirmation of New Application Policy Activations Receive Feedback on Client Enquiry Feedback on leads generated Receive Feedback on Client Enquiry Health Enquiries Maintain Client Book Follow up on outstanding applications Follow up on quotes sent to clients. Follow up on dormant & unreachable leads Daily Stats Submission Complete ZOHO applications ZOHO system to be updated Meetings & Stakeholder Interactions: Monthly Performance Review Meeting Provide progress feedback on Monthly Targets Discus shortfall (If any) Discuss action plan (Training etc) Curemed Monthly Meetings Discuss Company Strategy Updates Discuss Changes within Curemed Requirements Requirements: National Senior Certificate RE5/FAIS Accreditation Diploma in Wealth Management (Preferred) Relevant Product Accreditation (Yearly) Class of Business Certification (Yearly) Single sub-class of any Class of Business will need to complete at least 6 CPD hours per CPD cycle; More than one sub-class of any single Class of Business will need to complete at least 12 CPD hours per CPD cycle; More than one Class of Business will need to complete at least 18 CPD hours per CPD cycle; Core Competencies: Time Management Analytical Thinking Understand Compliance in the FSCA Building Customer Relationships with Clients Decision Making Continuous Development (Including Improving Operations) Communication (verbal and written) Mathematical skills Confident and enthusiastic self-starter who can take initiative.
