Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Assist clients in the showroom, guiding them through the purchasing process and helping to close deals.
  • Design Expertise: Utilize your flair for design to work on large domestic projects, including measuring building plans and calculating product quantities for quoting and invoicing.
  • Sales Canvassing: Conduct telephonic canvassing by reaching out to industry professionals to generate business for the showroom.
  • Showroom Maintenance: Maintain the showroom's tidiness, set up new displays, update pricing, and manage point-of-sale materials.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven history of excellent customer service.
  • Consistently meet set monthly sales targets.
  • Ability to work effectively both in a team environment and independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong arithmetic skills.
  • Creative flair and design sensibility.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Own transport with a valid driver’s license.
  • Minimum educational requirement: Matric.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines for showroom tasks.
