Sales Coordinator Location: Johannesburg Salary: R20 000 - R24 000 Duties Quotes, Proforma Invoices for sales/rentals Invoicing and general administration job card costings, cost adjustments, fixed assets Daily banking allocations, remittances advices, debtors Maintaining of rental fleet and service manager Projected sales and booking forms. Inventory and sales reports Service manager training(Sage Evolution) & problem solving. Assist with related duties as requested. Minimum Requirements Std 10/Grade 12. Tertiary qualification will be an advantage. Minimum 7 years’ experience in sales administration. Experience within a machinery or equipment or engineering. PC literate in MS Outlook, Excel and Sage Evolution. Time management skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills Team player. Ability to deal with customers and suppliers at all levels.
