Description Summary of position and expectations: The Sales Coordinator is the internal contact point for a group of customers. She/he manages customer purchase orders / pricing, support activities and communications between departments and functions as a general support for the account manager in customer related activities. Key responsibilities include: Ensure account profitability. Manages price lists and implements price updates for prototypes and OE parts. Follows up on Tooling and D&D, Ride work invoicing and payments. Supports in Recoveries (overdues) Supports activities in quotation phase, including cost analysis and optimization. Maintains full OE Service parts (consolidation (standardization), cancellation of obsolete parts, new setting releases, packing, technical aspects ….) Support customer warranties. Ensure customer satisfaction. Performs or coordinates timely execution of specific customer requests. Coordinates and/or supports resolution of technical, logistic, quality, financial, manufacturing, and/or purchasing issues related to the customer account. General support Account Manager Maintains customer documentation, customer specific requirements, supports customer visits and audits. Takes specific responsibilities as defined within the customer account. IHS data analysis Key skills: Basic technical understanding of drawings and engineering specifications. Ability to manage tasks and drive resolution in a cross functional environment. Strong communication skills and customer minded attitude. Fluent in English, (knowledge of German will be an advantage) Good knowledge MS-office package, especially Excel Stress-resistant. Analytical mindset Willing to learn and develop her/himself towards higher achievements.
