Capturing job cards on register after service. Sending invoices and correspondence to clients. Updating clients on feedback requested. Updating safety files on a yearly basis for contract customers. Sending services due for JHB, PE and CPT regions. Sending quotes for services due to PO option clients, following up on PO's and sending service once PO is received. Sending renewals and following up from clients on mails and by calling. Creating SLA quotes upon request for new proposals. Calling clients as curtesy to ensure satisfaction. Reports on Contracts as send by Finance department monthly. Sending reports for Sasol on meetings and heat calls after attending online meetings. Following up on accounts documents for new clients. Updating the power point presentation monthly for contracts. Loading quotes, job cards and invoices on portals, service and contracts, all regions. Cold calling new clients and leads send by services. Printing & supply of labels for assets on SLA customers. Updating monthly call out list. Schedulin g Technician teams for monthly SLA services, call outs & repairs. Quoting all SLA job cards. Booking out stock. Invoicing repairs & call outs. Capturing job cards. Overtime & leave for all service & AMC technician teams. Supply only quotes & processing. Updating & confirming SLA customers of monthly services, repairs & call outs. Handling AMC technician daily queries when on sites. Matric Minimum 2-3 year's industry experience, preferably in the field customer service/sales and/or pricing. Excellent written and verbal communication Exposure to a multi-cultural, global business environment would be an advantage. Sales focused mind set / approach to business. Knowledge of Contracts Management preferred. SAP knowledge would be an advantage. Own reliable transport. R13,000.00 per month Medical Aid Apply Now
