How you'll role As a Sales Engineer with substantial experience in HVAC, you would be responsible for client liaison, costing, planning, executing, creating solutions, achieving deadlines and delivering excellence through effective interaction with clients, suppliers and the internal projects teams. What you'll do Manage the BOQ and ordering of relevant materials Take responsibility for claim submissions Take care of variation order quotes and approvals Project management Manage all site meetings and site instructions Book teams and have strict control of labour on jobs Manage and understand any contra charges Be able to read and measure on plans Be able to measure on site Liaise with engineers and builders Have responsibility of completed job scope and have as built plans aligned Compile and submit O&M manuals What you'll need A relevant Sales / Project Management / Mechanical Degree / Trade-related qualification 5 years’ experience in a Sales or Project Management role as well as knowledge of HVAC products Excellent understanding in HVAC systems, the various components and their functions The ability and desire to proactively seek out knowledge Understanding of building contracts Have excellent communication and attention to detailed planning Own vehicle and driver’s licence Personality Socialiser / Director Deliberate, Goal-oriented, Persuasive, Proactive, Self-confident
