Hire Resolve is actively seeking a Renewable Energy Sales Engineer for our esteemed client, a leading engineering, procurement, and construction company. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join a dynamic and innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing sales opportunities for renewable energy solutions, with a particular focus on medium to large Commercial and Industrial projects. Responsibilities: Develop sales opportunities for renewable energy solutions focusing on medium to large Commercial and Industrial (CandI) projects. Collaborate with internal teams and customers to create optimized technical solutions for renewable energy projects. Design preliminary technical solutions, estimate costs, and write proposals. Assist in client contract negotiations. Develop sales with new and existing accounts in assigned areas to meet business targets. Develop competitive strategies to achieve sales objectives and maintain knowledge of competitor activity. Provide input on the business plan to ensure sales sustainability. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers within the industry. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of technical sales experience in renewable energy or related fields. Technical understanding of solar PV, battery energy storage systems, diesel generators, and electrical reticulation. Ability to work with customers and partners on technical questions and solutions. Ability to coordinate amongst multidisciplinary teams (both internally and externally). Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken. Ability to work well in a matrix organizational structure. Knowledge of project management is advantageous. Previous knowledge of large-scale solar installations is an advantage. Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering.
