Use of online tools (Dynamics 365 CRM, Sensor Intelligence Academy portal and Mosaic) Develop End User, International Key Accounts, Local Key Accounts, System Integrators, OEMs, and EPC network within your Industry/Territory Establish new buying customers, maintain existing relationships with customers, build sustainable long-term relationships and partnerships. Develop and implement a dynamic sales plan Compile a monthly achievable and realistic funnel and forecast. Daily follow up on outstanding quotes and update of CRM using the Opportunity module in CRM Daily submission of customer call/visit report through CRM Min two weekly customer visit plan with detailed Agenda, linked to key actions and expectations. Lead and Opportunity Management through CRM Build and establish new customer networks, prospecting, and cold calling. Engage and negotiate with customers for small to large business opportunities. Provide market intelligence concerning market size, potential, competitors, and product trends.
