Who are we looking for:
A Sales Executive who will be responsible for delivering set sales targets and growing the business.
What will you do:
- Identify potential leads, target them and generate a pipeline of future leads
- Prospecting – identifying key prospects and decision makers related to advertising, marketing, brand communication, PR professionals, media buyers and their brands through cold calling (telephonic and email), appointment setting and visiting clients
- Build a strong network and client base to help fuel their pipeline
- Lead generation – turn prospects into leads after meeting with and identifying customer needs and requirements
- Design digital media campaign proposals aligned with their clients’ business goals
- Close each opportunity, coordinate media bookings, manage and implement the output to the end by presenting written reports to the client
- Ensure that clients are billed and pay timeously
- Coordinate the creation of digital content through accurate briefing and booking forms with their team within set deadlines (e.g. advertising, editorial, press releases and live products)
- Manage end-to-end digital projects (from client relations, booking, payment, liaising with the digital teams, briefing, meeting deadlines, approvals, coordinating reporting and close off campaigns)
- Develop and create new promotional ideas to boost brand and sales through the creation of package deals or relevant events etc.
- Maintain a strong online company voice through their personal contacts on social media, for example: LinkedIn and Facebook
- Liaise with internal and external marketing, sales and product development teams to ensure brand consistency
- Monitor ROI and KPIs of campaigns to ensure repeat purchase from clients
- Stay up-to-date with digital media developments so that they can be implemented, when necessary, within the company workflow
- Promote the company in a positive light to target potential clients
- Travel is sometimes required to meet clients
- Regular composition and sending of emailers to potential clients with specials and campaigns that they have created
- Manage related supplier relationships
