R15k - R25 k pm CTC Comm | Remote | DBN | Perm Job Title: Sales Executive Location: Durban Salary Bracket: R15,000 - R25,000 comm Responsibilities and Duties: Prospecting New Business: Identify, organize, and manage potential new business opportunities. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of inbound and outbound leads through effective utilization of our CRM program. Inbound and Outbound New Business Calls: Meet weekly call and meeting targets. Ensure timely contact with all inbound leads, following the sales onboarding process diligently. Implement thorough follow-up processes with potential clients until a decision is reached. Onboarding Sales: Conduct product demos for potential clients. Negotiate product features and fees, ultimately closing deals. Confirm client agreements in writing via email and manage the completion process. Facilitate the handover of new clients from the Sales Team to the Onboarding Team. Key Skills Required: 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the tech industry with exposure to SaaS (Software as a Service). Previous experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous. Excellent communication skills across phone, writing, and listening channels. Strong consultative selling and closing abilities. Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for driving business growth. Curiosity and understanding of technology and the hospitality industry. Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to build lasting relationships.
