Sales Executive needed in Cape Town. JOB DESCRIPTION • Manage workflow. • Training new hires. • Creating and managing team schedules. • Reporting to HR and senior management. • Supporting the Parts department and sales in a constructive manner, ensuring that the communication and delivery of is timeously. • Build sound relationships with other departments. • Ensure all filing and admin is up to date. • Requesting of quotes and processing of procurement documents to managing for approval before ordering. • General administration duties. • Update prices on SAP timeously. • Keeping track of inventory and ordering and purchasing parts for customers. • Get market related price comparisons with suppliers. • Entering and updating of New Parts. • Ensure that all tasks performed comply within minimum standards required.
