Sales Executive Assistant and Office Manager - Johannesburg
Qualification
Matric
Requirements
Minimum 3 years internal sales or operational experience within the fast moving consumer goods industry.
Must have experience as a sales coordinator to support a sales team through administration, customer service, and business development activities.
Previous retail industry experience would be an advantage.
Must be computer literate on full MS Office.
Duties
Report any issues or concerns on work orders.
Assist in identifying work process improvements that results in increased productivity and effectiveness.
Provide administrative assistance and support to the Country Manager.
Manage the daily flow of administrative duties in a fast-paced environment.
Identify and understand issues, problems, and opportunities; determine course of action and develop appropriate solutions.
Handle sales operation tasks including quotations, samples, order processing and replenishment.
Follow up on customer orders to assure proper execution.
Manage the office and showroom.
