Sales Executive Assistant and Office Manager - Johannesburg

Qualification
  • Matric
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years internal sales or operational experience within the fast moving consumer goods industry.
  • Must have experience as a sales coordinator to support a sales team through administration, customer service, and business development activities.
  • Previous retail industry experience would be an advantage.
  • Must be computer literate on full MS Office.
Duties
  • Report any issues or concerns on work orders.
  • Assist in identifying work process improvements that results in increased productivity and effectiveness.
  • Provide administrative assistance and support to the Country Manager.
  • Manage the daily flow of administrative duties in a fast-paced environment.
  • Identify and understand issues, problems, and opportunities; determine course of action and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Handle sales operation tasks including quotations, samples, order processing and replenishment.
  • Follow up on customer orders to assure proper execution.
  • Manage the office and showroom.
