Close new deals at a high rate Build relationships with new and existing customers Cultivate new leads within the sales territory Travel throughout the territory and visit customers on recurring basis Meet personal and team sales targets Monitor the company's industry competitors, new products and market conditions Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management Strong verbal (fluency in English is mandatory) and written communication skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively ( ability to handle pressure ) Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing situations High school matric qualification or equivalent Software system knowledge (CRM) Confident Energetic and vibrant
