Sales Executive (Hybrid) - Bronkhorstspruit

Requirement:
  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
  • A tertiary qualification in Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field will be an advantage.
  • 2 3 years experience in a similar sales role within the hospitality industry.
  • Valid driver's license and Own vehicle.
  • The ability to work independently. Attend weekly team meetings and bi-weekly meetings in Polokwane.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation Skills.
  • Attentive to customer needs and customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of market trends and social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
  • Implement effective sales strategies to maximize the company revenue.
  • Create promotional material and marketing campaigns to attract suited clientele.
  • Research new markets and business opportunities to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Represent the company in various exhibition events, trade shows, and networking events.
  • Manage and maintain a comprehensive database of potential and existing clients.
  • Prepare sales proposals to potential clients, highlighting the best features and qualities of the company.
  • Review the customer service quality of the company to ensure customers are tended to properly and resolve customer complaints.
  • Create and maintain customer loyalty by providing excellent customer service and building sustainable relationships with clients
  • Strengthen relationships with existing customers
  • Set annual sales budgets, reports, and forecasts.
  • Implement effective strategies for achieving sales targets.
  • Conduct an assessment of sales performance and implement improvements to sales processes and strategies.
