Sales Executive - Logistics - Johannesburg

Key Responsibilities:
  • Primarily new business acquisition
  • Vehicle tracking on VTS
  • Maintenance of current customer base, providing feedback and assisting with special requests
  • Analyse market for strategic planning purposes
  • Liaise with other sales and marketing personnel within the company to work out the best methods of promoting the company
  • Expediting of orders and feedback to customers
  • Motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Management of sales costs: Fuel, cell phone, data cards and company vehicle
  • Assisting accounts department as and when required with outstanding payments
  • Admin: Call reports, data capturing, documents to clients
Qualifications and Skills Required:
  • Must have valid drivers license
  • Enjoy working with people
  • Able to work without direct supervision
  • Able to clearly present product and service information
  • Good personal presentation
  • Sales/marketing qualification an advantage
  • Strong reporting and administration ability
  • Friendly and confident manner with a pleasant personality
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter
