Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and target potential clients to promote our labeling solutions
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and market trends.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Understand clients' needs, provide solutions, and offer exceptional customer service.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.

Imagination and Opportunity Identification:

  • Continuously seek out new opportunities and markets for our labeling products.
  • Use creativity and innovation to propose unique labeling solutions to clients.

Account Management:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts.
  • Monitor and track client orders, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction.
  • Handle pricing negotiations and contract renewals.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven track record in sales, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with a strong problem-solving ability.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven by targets.
  • Excellent relationship-building and account management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Impeccable organizational and time-management skills.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
