GAUTENG NORTH (Pretoria / Midrand, Polokwane, etc.) - South Africa

REPORT TO: National Sales Manager
TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:
- Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00
COST TO COMPANY & BENEFITS:
- R14,000 Basic per month
- Commission & Performance Incentives
- Company PETROL card
- Brand new cell phone & contract (for business use only)
- Monthly product allocation
- Vehicle maintenance allocation
- TOTAL Cost to Company before commission R18,700 Gross
QUALIFICATIONS | SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Matric Certificate
- Applicable Diploma in Skin Care OR Cosmetology OR Somatology OR Dermal Aesthetics
- CIDESCO / ITEC / CIBTAC / SAAHSP / City & Guilds etc.
- Sales driven - this is an active portfolio and the onus is on you to generate the sales and maintain the clients
- Business savvy with confidence working on sales apps & computer
- Own car with insurance and valid driver license is required as you will be traveling
- Ability to work remote
- Able to travel to other provinces when operationally required (at company's expense)
DUTIES:
- Maintain existing portfolio
- Follow up on all leads received from H/O
- Offer training and support where required
- Cold calling
- Scheduling visits in advance
- Brand education
- Attend regular strategy meetings with the national team
- Prospecting
