Sales Formwork and Scaffolding Kempton Park Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executive with extensive product knowledge and understanding in scaffolding and formwork to join our clients team at the head office in Kempton Park. This position is target-driven and requires a self-starter who can drive sales growth and exceed monthly targets. Responsibilities: · Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly sales targets and expand the customer base in the access scaffolding and formwork industry. · Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling. · Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. · Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients. · Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services and customer satisfaction. · Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Requirements: · Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in the access scaffolding and formwork industry. · Extensive product knowledge and understanding of scaffolding and formwork products, applications, and industry standards. · Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of exceeding targets. · Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
