You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve revenue targets. You will foster a culture of excellence and provide coaching and guidance to team members. You will also ensure they have the tools and resources needed to succeed. Your ability to analyze market trends and customer needs will inform your strategic planning. This will allow you to identify new opportunities for growth. Your relationships with customers in the government sector will help establish the company as a leader in the industry. Responsibilities - Leading efficiency strategies, driving initiatives toward strategic goals - Strategizing customer-facing activities for key territories, - Establishing standardized structures ensuring compliance across operations. - Tracking success metrics rigorously on a regular basis. - Driving flawless execution of critical business reviews and plans. - Collaborating on evolving training materials in line with business needs. Requirements - Possess excellent leadership skills in guiding and supporting a successful sales team. - Have a thorough understanding of the sales process and customer behavior. - Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Be able to analyze sales data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies. - Be able to develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets. - Have a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in GRC and similar solution in the government sector Work in a way that works for you We promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
