The Sales/Service Coordinator Intern will be responsible for supporting the sales/service coordinator in their daily duties and to assist in supporting the sales team and customers during the sales process as well as to help customers resolve sales-related issues in a timely manner, generally providing real-time support. Coordinate and support the sales team Coordinate schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information, as required or allocated by the sales/service coordinator, Assist with the performance evaluation reports of salespeople, Assist in the delivered of sales orders in a timely manner and according to the desires of customers, Assists other members of the sales department in meeting sales targets, Customer Service Meets with people in other departments to help promote product, Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems, Assist with after-sales support when requested, Settles upon delivery dates and times with other departments to make sure that the consumer interaction is of the utmost of professionalism. Sales Reporting Assists with reports based on the sales of employees in the sales department, Read and evaluate sales reports, Read financial documents, especially cash flow statements and general ledgers, Processing of Sales orders Assists the team in meeting monthly sales goals as provided by management, Assist with the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness. Innovation, Marketing and Support Creates new and innovative ideas to sell product, Makes presentations to management which explain how to meet sales goals and talk about any new innovative ideas that management may have, Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events, Assists the marketing department in new marketing campaigns. Policies and Procedures Ensure adherence to the company's policies and procedures Grade 12 or Matric Degree in Business Administration Driver's License
