The Sales Manager will be responsible for the following but not limited to: Implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives to accelerate growth with a long-term vision.Effective analysis of commercial reports to build and improve commercial plans. Identify and report new opportunities for growth; maintain and grow existing customer base.Build and maintain profitable partnerships with Key Accounts and manage relationships with overall customer base.Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports and recommendations for local and global management.Monitor demand and supply, economic indicators, changing trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for growth, and inadvertent business risks.Comprehensive understanding of market landscape, retail environment, consumer & competitor behaviour, ideally within the beauty and/or professional (hair) sector.Will be responsible for Gauteng, Eastern Cape. Western Cape and KwaZulu Natal.
