Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass sales targets. Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure they are achieving their individual and team targets. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement necessary changes. Establish productive and professional relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Coordinate with marketing and product development teams to ensure brand consistency and increase sales. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and report on the progress towards achieving them. Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure the sales team is on board and knowledgeable. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. Conduct regular sales training and workshops to improve the skills and techniques of the sales team. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales department, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. Key Skills: Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams. Strong business sense and industry expertise. Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. Strong analytical skills to identify trends and challenges. Exceptional negotiation and sales planning skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management position. A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth in a business. Experience in developing and executing sales strategies. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. Willingness to travel as required by the job.
