As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing key accounts. You will develop and implement sales strategies, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with customers. In addition, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives Identify and pursue new business opportunities Manage key accounts and build long-term relationships with customers Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent customer service Monitor market trends and competitor activities Requirements Minimum of 5 years of sales experience Previous experience as a Sales Manager is preferred Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth Strong negotiation and communication skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers Excellent understanding of the industry and market trends Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proactive and result-oriented mindset Benefits Salary: R420K/yr – R480K/yr, negotiable Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Paid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable) Fuel and cell-phone allowance Performance bonus Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
