Our international client based in Umhlanga is looking for a Sales Manager to join their team. Direct a skilled sales team, focusing on advanced training and development to enhance sales techniques and performance. Conduct daily check-ins, provide comprehensive monthly reviews, and develop targeted training programs. Use a data-driven approach to uncover new business opportunities and optimise profitability. Engage in detailed market analysis, manage costs, and execute campaigns that expand market presence and increase financial returns. Develop and execute strategic plans to attract key accounts, employing high-level negotiation skills to secure profitable deals. Ability to innovate and tailor solutions to complex client needs. Implement and refine client retention strategies that ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty. Regular activities will include conducting business reviews, analysing client feedback for service improvements, and managing end-to-end client relationships. Oversee the enhancement of the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with IT and support teams to integrate technological advancements that support sales objectives. Matric. Relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous. Ability to work 2pm – 11pm or 4pm – 1am (Mon-Fri). Own reliable transport. Experience in a sales leadership role with proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets. Extensive experience with B2B and/or Solution-Selling with a proven impact on business growth and strategy development. Proficient in directing marketing teams to optimize sales communications such as emails, scripts, and presentations. Strong aptitude for sales analytics essential for making data-driven decisions and enhancing sales strategies.
