We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and maximize sales revenue. This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional sales acumen, and a deep understanding of networking and stakeholder engagement. Your Key Purpose Accountability and Leadership of a Sales Team Duties & Responsibilities Lead and manage a Sales team of field agents. Achieve sales and quality targets. Inductions and leads management by means of events and presentations. Ongoing relationship building with various stakeholders and networking with potential new stakeholders. Creating and maintaining reports. Positively promote the Company culture and values. Ability to actively manage change. Providing support, guidance, and coaching to improve overall team performance. Adhere to Compliance and Risk management. Create an energetic and fun work environment. Competencies: Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to take Accountability, responsibility, and ownership.
