SALES MANAGER - HEAVY AUTOMOTIVE (PINETOWN) - KwaZulu-Natal

What You'll Do:
  • Lead and motivate: Build and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
  • Strategize for success: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Cultivate relationships: Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Negotiate and close deals: Secure profitable sales agreements through skilled negotiation and a customer-centric approach.
  • Analyze and optimize: Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Stay ahead of the curve: Embrace new technologies and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
What We're Looking For:
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar automotive sales management role (advantageous).
  • Valid Code 8 driver's license.
  • Matric or higher qualification.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in planning and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to excellence.
