Manage a team of Liquor Sales Reps New business development Meet volume / net revenue / GP plan annually Increase market share Competitor analysis Monitor product and sales performance Budget management Display placement Arrange events and promotions List new products Oversee product distribution Ensure full product range availability at all key account customers / in stores at all times Ensure effective forward share in store Communicate pricing with customers Ensure that Sales Reps are always visible and present in the field Ensure that Sales Reps adhere to the account strategy Handle and resolve customer complaints Matric Qualification: Sales & Marketing / Management / relevant Min. 5 years' experience as a Sales Manager in the liquor industry Excellent communication skills Excellent report writing skills Able to analyse sales data and prepare reports accordingly Excellent customer service experience Strong business acumen Strong work ethic
