REQUIREMENTS: - Own reliable transport - Able to speak, read, write and understand both Afrikaans and English. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Managing, mentoring and training a team of sales executives - Attending professional appointments with your team members, if and when necessary DESIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES: - Goal-orientated - Motivational and influencial - Able to function well under pressure - good at building and maintaining relationships REMUNERATION: Our remuneration package, including company benefits, will be discussed during the interview.
