As the Sales Manager you will need to support the sales team by setting targets, leading and mentoring the team and build successful long term relationships with clients. Required Skills Excel Word Power Point Drivers Licence Bluwave (Advantageous) Qualifications and Experience Minimum 5 to 10 years sales experience Minimum 3 years sales management Successful Sales management track record Strong management experience in driving sales consultants Armed response knowledge essential Alarm and CCTV Technical knowledge (Advantageous) Matric Tertiary qualification in sales and or marketing OR in relevant industry PSIRA Registration (Advantageous) Skills and Comptencies Computer Literacy (MS Office) Excellent sales and negotiation skills Goal & target driven Planning & Organisational skills Presentation skills Client care Good business sense People management skills Must be able to work under pressure Analytical, conceptual and lateral thinker General RSA citizen Own transport essential Valid unendorsed drivers licence Clear criminal record Good contactable references
