Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Marketing Manager to lead their sales and marketing efforts and teams, driving brand awareness and revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in both sales and marketing.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives.
Manage and oversee the marketing and sales teams, fostering a collaborative environment to meet and exceed sales targets.
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and fashion influencers.
Coordinate with the product development and design teams to ensure that marketing strategies align with the latest trends and product offerings.
Manage the budget for marketing and sales campaigns, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Lead digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
Oversee the creation of marketing materials and sales collateral, ensuring all content reflects the brand's values and aesthetic.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales and marketing strategies, adjusting plans as needed to optimise results.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and other promotional opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record
Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships.
Deep understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies.
Highly creative with a strategic mind and the ability to lead innovative marketing campaigns.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to change.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
