The successful candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in telephone sales and objection handling, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Your Epic Journey & Schedule: Initial Training & Work Schedule: Kickoff with 20 hours a week for the first month. Mondays and Fridays: Five into 6 hours of training (10 AM - 4 PM). Saturdays and Sundays: 4 hours of learning the ropes (9 AM - 1 PM), with a seamless move into live calls and sales. Role play becomes your morning ritual every weekday at 8:30 AM and weekends at 9:15 AM. Schedule: Level Up After 30 days, power up to 30 hours per week: Monday and Tuesday: Embark on 5-hour quests from 9 AM to 2 PM. Friday: 4-hour adventures from 9 AM to 1 PM. Weekends continue with 8-hour marathons. After 60 days, unlock the full-time schedule: Full 8-hour days from 11 AM to 7 PM on Monday, Tuesday, & Friday.
