As a Contracts Salesperson with us, you'll be at the forefront of driving our company's expansion and success in the industry. You'll leverage your expertise in market analysis and relationship-building to identify new business opportunities, cultivate key partnerships, and propel our organization towards new heights of growth and profitability. If you're a results-driven professional with a passion for business development and a proven track record of success, we want to hear from you - Promoting and selling tiles to Contractors, Developers and Corporate business - Using Contracts Software system to canvass business opportunities - Monitor relevant websites for new business opportunities - Accurate completing of contract documents from start to finish and submission - Prospect and generate new clientele through cold calling, canvassing and networking - Set up systems and procedures for the smooth and efficient running of the contracts division. - Provide clients with all information regarding measurements, colour, grade, price, stock availability and use of tiling products - Be a brand ambassador to project a positive sales and company image - Minimum of 5 – 7 years' proven external sales experience essential - Previous experience in tiles and the building industry essential - Experience with networking with Corporate businesses and Developers essential. - Experience with statutory requirements for tenders and RFQ's advantageous - Attention to detail with the ability to drive performance and processes forward adhering to strict deadlines - Must be a self leader, organised and collaborative in work across functional teams. - Well-presented and have a professional approach to business - Able to maintain existing and establish new client relationships - Must be an excellent communicator at all levels (read, write and speak) fluent in English and preferably Afrikaans - Excellent computer literacy skills (intermediate to advanced level) in Microsoft package (especially Excel). - Must be based in central Cape Town and must be able to travel - Own reliable car, laptop and cell phone essential R 50 000 CTC Apply Now
