Reference: EL002731-Nomph-2 We are seeking a Counter Salesperson for a permanent role based in East London, Eastern Cape Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: Grade 12 with at least 2 years relevant experience Knowledge & use of cash register / POS machines Excellent communication skills and well presented Conflict management skills Valid driver's license Knowledge of hardware and industrial tools advantageous The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Greeting customers and taking orders. Processing payments. Assisting customers with queries and providing solutions quickly. Possessing excellent product knowledge to inform and increase sales. Following up on orders to prevent delay and frustration. Updating the product inventory. Cleaning the customer area during quiet times to ensure a neat appearance. Ensuring that each customer leaves the store satisfied.
