Sales Professional (Retail) - - Somerset West

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to boost revenue.
Oversee product merchandising, pricing, promotional activities, and inventory management.
Offer superior customer service by addressing queries, solving problems, and providing exceptional advice, all in the pursuit of customer satisfaction.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to guarantee a cohesive customer journey.
Stay abreast of retail trends and best practices to identify growth opportunities and foster innovation.
Take part in the annual stock take.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment at all times.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of retail sales experience, with a successful track record of meeting sales objectives.
Background in a physical retail setting.
Matric certificate required; tertiary degree advantageous.
Proficiency in both English and Afrikaans.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
A keen interest in all things outdoors - from camping to hunting.
