Sales Representative

KEY TASKS

Establish strong trusting relationships with customers and Company team members
Ability to identify problems / opportunities in the market and sell the solutions
Have a good understanding between value and price
Uphold and strengthen Company Values and Call to action
Meet and exceed predefined sales and margin targets.
Meet and exceed predefined A & B category sales.
Meet and exceed all Powa Range set Goals.
Plan and Activate 12 in store training sessions a month to be logged on Repsly
Plan and Activate 2 Monthly Promos (one weekend and one week day / month).
