You'll ensure adherence to best management practices in equipment sales, provide customer-oriented service, and align your actions with our company's strategic vision.Key Responsibilities:- Plan, prepare, and achieve unit sales targets, growth, and profitability in your assigned sales territory.- Accurately collect customer information and ensure timely submission for data capture.- Meet sales growth and market share objectives, engaging potential customers and converting prospects into qualified leads.- Maintain high-quality customer interactions and service, developing partnerships with clients.- Manage deals in line with budget and strategic objectives, ensuring key administrative support functions are executed diligently.- Prepare and present reports as needed.- Uphold the company's vision and values in all customer interactions.- Contribute to departmental growth and implement operational innovations.Desired Experience & Qualifications:- High School Diploma (Grade 12)- 3-5 years of external sales experience- Proven experience in wholesale sales- Competency in all sales functions and willingness to travel- Access to a vehicle and a valid driver's licenseSalary and Benefits:- Base Salary: R6000.00 per month- Petrol Allowance: R1000.00 per month- Commission Structure: 4% on all sales - Probation Period: 3 monthsWhy Join Us?Join a dynamic medical startup with unlimited potential for personal and professional growth.
